The Mille Cardigan is a beautiful and classic cardigan with the most delicate details like puffy sleeves and bling-bling buttons. It can be used both as a shirt or as a cardigan. The pattern uses many different techniques and there will be video guides to help you through the process.

Procedure: The Mille Cardigan is knitted from the top down. First, you create the yoke by making increases. Then the sleeve stitches are put on hold, while you knit the rest of the body. Afterwards, the sleeves are knit separately. After the sleeves are finished, you knit the button bands as well as the collar.

Size guide: This cardigan should have a positive ease of about  10-15 cm compared to your bust measurement.  The sizes  XS (S) M (L) XL are equivalent to the bust measurements  85-90 (90-95) 95-100 (100-105) 105-110 (110-120) cm, measured on your own body. Before you start knitting, measure yourself to figure out which size will fit you the best. E.g. If you measure 90 cm at the widest part of your chest you should knit a size S which has a bust circumference of 103 cm and thereby will create a 13 cm. of positive ease.

Sizes: XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL)

Bust circumference: 100 (103) 110 (114) 121 (125) cm.

Recommended needles: 4 mm circular needle (80 or 100 cm), 3 mm circular needle (80 or 100 cm), 3 and 4 mm double pointed needles.
